Who We Are

Who We Are

Trucking accidents are different from regular car crashes. A fully loaded semi-truck can weigh up to 20 times more than a passenger car, and the companies involved have teams of adjusters and lawyers working to protect their interests right after a crash. You need a trucking accident lawyer who is prepared to fight for you from the very beginning.

Black Trucking Lawyers was built to level that playing field. Our attorneys have spent their careers holding trucking companies, freight carriers, and their insurers accountable. We understand the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR) that govern the trucking industry, and we know how to use them to prove responsibility and build the strongest possible case.

Our firm was built by and for the communities we serve. We offer more than legal skill; we understand what our clients go through, both on the road and in the legal system.
